In the continuation: In the reply, they talked about email in Oct 2012 and Nov 2012. In which they writen-
[Then during Oct & Nov, 2012, you sent us 4 Emails, 1 dated 30th Oct, 2012 & 3 dated 1st Nov, 2012, raising some issue mostly relating to other flat owner.]

Complaint- Company is just fail to give the security/maintenance
Now this is the height--
I bought a new bike Bajaj avenger at cost approximate Rs 85K/- and what i seen in today morning when i were moving to bike for my office- someone stole my petrol and did a very cheap activity. Someone make deep scratches on my bike, i just love my bike and again company is fail to give the security.
I want to ask what commitment you gave at the time of purchasing. Security will be provided. I asked security person Davinder- he said I just came today, I were on leave and move on as he were doing ehsaaan on me, even not stand there to listen me completely. WHO WILL BE THE RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS.
I want a cost of new petrol tank with the cost of petrol and I will fight for this in court too if company not respond.
After filing a case for my rights in the court. Everyone in the company behave like I am the enemy of them.
I wrote the complaints about seepage in my drawing hall/ o f my bedroom since approximate 3 months back. But company hides that register and putt a new register at the maintenance office and again i wrote in that too. But No-one entertains my complaints.
What you gave on the name of maintenance-
Unclean common areas.
Un-maintained gym
Lift almost down two times in a week for more than 8 hours.
No-Security provided by the company- Even daily we heard such cases like to kill senior citizens. But the company is not serious to give the security. Company not serious about the life and belongings .
Maintenance department sweeper work in school, almost continuously watched for a week. (22Oct-28Oct2012) Foreman Mohinder said i sent them there. He took the responsibility.
I am not talking without any ground; i have the capability- to prove all above allegations.
Its seems company are taking revenge from me. Everyone looks me like to want to kill me. It will be not any strange- if company do so. I just want to report  to the company.
Koi tou hoga ish company mein - jo mujh aam aadmin ko bachaye.
I am fighting for my rights for my property and I will fight till my last breath.......
Definitely- now again we will meet in court and in media too very soon regarding security and maintenance. And I hope this time I am not alone. Please consider this as a formal notice.
I have no hope from the company- as they never reply before.
I want company must take some actions after reporting this.

Dear sir I am sending following article from tribune and the about the order of supreme court from the news.
and will send you the video copy of this too- in which it is clearly said that- how it was false transaction if made.
it is request - plz dont charge this amount for parking atleast from new buyers. 
if you have anything in new-than plz update us.

Today, Flat no-203 faces the problem of water leakage from the tap. When the lady (wife of Mr. khatiyal) with us move to maintenance department to Mr. Kulwinder. he clearly said- this is not come under our maintenance  hume upar se order hai. humara kaam common area ko maintain karna hai. na ki internal issue fix karna. He clearly denied. We ask him to give this in written, for this Kulwinder again need to ask to PM. We all meet him. Mr Zora clear said- we will not do this, its not come in our agreement. When we talk about the wastage of water, then he reacts to fix it.
Why don't you display such order on a board.
All problem reflects the quality of work.
 It is request to the company please do not harass the peoples; Just think like - Save Water Save Energy. These are the precious for us. Don’t let them wasted.

 And We want to ask clearly.. Who is this upar wala in the statement said- upar se order hai. Why you are not clearly said who is the person who gave such ordered, and why he is not publish this to all in written. Even the staff said- the staff have order -do not work of that 22 peoples who signed that document which we sent you.

 My aim is just to tell you that- what is going here in our complex.

Rest is yours. Everything company knows. our duty is to tell the authority what’s happening here. So that company would not deny, that we never report the issues to authority.

Dear Sir, We receive this reply for the questions we raised and which we sent you.
Read this carefully- It says alot.. about rules and signed documents and many more.
If you are talking about these, then please revise these carefully, In it many more things are written too.
In short we are not satisfied by the answer and its clearly visible company don't agree upon our issues. Company just did the formality in reply, they produce no proof.
I think company not showing interested in our issues. Even on last page company replied to Mr. Narpinder, company want to recover huge amount from him/us of work. So please proceed....

and you mentioned here- about Service tax is being charges as per law of the land- we need the copy of this.
reply for Open car parking- we need original layout plan.
