huuu.. yah really Since i heared about this- I asked many times about this certificate (Occupation Certificate) to the company and to its employee, but really no one said we have it. Always they remain silent, even GM orally says, we will take OC when project will complete. So finally This Project Somdatt Landmark sector-116, dont have any OC and they gave the possession. I don't know, it is right or wrong by laws. but as per previous post it seems it is mandatory.
