I just cheated by this builder (SDB Infrastructure Pvt Ltd.) and its Marketing Partner Monga Realtors ( http://www.mongarealtors.com/ ) .
Poor Quality Property sold to me by MongaRealtors in Somdatt Landmark Mohali Sector -116. Its 2-BHK and I am fighting Consumer Court Case since almost 2 years.

State commission court: - FA/12/1319 [appeal by Somdatt Builder SDB Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. against that reward sanctioned by District Court]

You are right- What is the peace? - Can you live in such a Flat having Lot of Damp in walls. They promised for Luxiours apratment and they gave substandard material in it. And moreover Society Peoples- If they can not stand collectively - Then their is no use to live in such project. And Lot of Unfair charges....
