6 2bhk-on-Sale-at-somdatt-landmark-sector-116-With Such Quality

In year 2012- When I filed a Case In District Consumer forum in Mohali Phase-2 then These are the summary of complaints which I mentioned here.. Now similar kind of problem I m facing today. From anywhere I did not get any remedy. Now the case is in State Comission sector 37 Chandigarh.. Actuyally this project is the example of Poor Enginneering and bad quality....
See the complaints below which i did in May-2011 in District Consumer case..

Problems in Somdatt Landmark Sector 116. I bought this flat from  Monga realtors. and NoBody now entertain me....
My Complaints in 2012 in District .
1.     Seepage in secondary bedroom since last 8-9 months, and later on it comes in master bedroom too. It just unable to use my bedrooms due to this. So I keep my bedding in dining-living hall.
2.     Paint on non-smooth walls. The smoothness of wall can be seen under the Light lamp. Even the paint starts move out from the wall in the form of layer.
3.     Chinese fitting in the bathrooms and kitchen. They commit for European W.C.C.P fittings. I want the same even not the local brand. Only the committed brand.
4.     All flooring titles are loosely paste with the floor. Movements are there. They hollow from the bottom. They never follow the process of fitting title. The titles are of Kajaria brand- as per their Forman Rajbir and Mohinder-but they pasted it with cement. They never used the recommended adhesive.
5.     Windows and Balcony doors- are very loosely assembled. Even the glass is heavier than his frame in doors including his architrave. It is very hard to live in rooms in winter –because a cold enter through them and vice versa in summer. In rainy season- the water enters in the room. Through the window and doors. On 11April2012- a storm came- now nobody can think what would be happened in the rooms. I just spent two hours in night to save my all beddings.  Not capable to keep isolate the flat’s environment from outside environment.
6.      Main door of Entrance- is cracked. All lot of noise enter in the room. Not capable to keep isolate the flat’s environment from outside environment.
7.     Modular Kitchen work is very poor. Termites in the wood. The movement is not smooth. The colour of boards starts disappear.  Not gave so farm support for slab.
8.     All inside doors have dark red marks. Painted not well.
9.      In cub-boards: No stopper is there. Nothing fix-for the lock in the cub-boards- Low quality provision to lock the cub-boards. Anybody can open the locked cub-boards
10.                         In cub-boards: The paint is stick with the things. They never paint the cub-boards in recommended way. All board’s fibre clearly visible.
11.                        In walls- where they fixed the titles and also need the provision for switchboard- In that, they cut the title oversized.
12.                        Loosely fixed the switch-boards.
13.                        Both toilet seats have scratches inside it.
14.                        In bathroom titles are hollow from bottom. Where they need to cut the title- they didn’t did it properly.
15.                        In both bathroom- Titles on wall are short. The cutting is not proper
16.                        In secondary bedroom – the walls is not properly levelled- Check the switchboard given under window.
17.                        From the power plug provided for AC- they removed the cap to cover it. Dangerous for kids, and for elders-if they clean the house with water.
18.                        POP work is very poor- generally POP used to give extra luxurious look to the home. But here they did it for formality.
19.                        They placed a Second hand generator in power backup unit. And we paid Rs.50,000/- for this. But they never mentioned that- they will give us-second hand generators. And they charged Rs.12.60 for per unit consumption.
20.                        Open parking- I heard in many news channel- that It is illegal to sell the open parking. I paid Rs 50,000/- for this. They told me to give space on Road.
21.                        I heard from peoples and read on internet- that the Service Tax is illegal if the build is complete is construction- During the time I were purchase it was complete in construction. That’s y they committed for the possession in August. Booking in 11-june- and committed possession date was on 1-2 week of August. I paid this much service tax-Rs-89903/-
22.                        After so many problems I continually paying maintenance bill. 
23.                        They are spending our maintenance money on those faults, which were done during the time of construction. Like seepage, titles replacement, angle knob replacement and many more.
24.                        We are bearing such staff -Irresponsible /don’t have knowledge of work/don’t know how to deal/corrupted/ drunk on duty/feedbacks from others are very cheap/exploitation of  labours by them.
25.                        Bottom Edge of Attached Bathroom is chapped.
