I want to ans here by one by one and too cover the other issues too which are mentioned here..

-Total 390 Flats will be in it. It means 390 families will be living here...
So --Club House Ready to use. Indoor Gym, Indoor Games, Swimming Pool, Community Centre
Do you think it is enough for 390 families-  in gym- 
              --- Two tread mills
             --- Two bench 
            ---two  medium multipurpose machine
            --- one cycle
            ---One seated cycle
           --- One rack of dumble and plate. weight at max 15Kg ----In current NO one use this .. So nothing to maintain in this too.. 

Do you think it is enough for 390 families.. what will be happened in coming years. Its a useless.. and they are charging 50,000 rs for it from every family. It means they will got 
           Rs50000 x 390 (families)  = 19500000(1 Crore 95 Lakh)- Is it woth-?????
In this - they will give others things too- as formality because they wrote in the brochure. means they cheated us, they will cheat you too..
On small oval shape swimming pool --it is just cheating- check this snap- for original - you can ask them for society layout plan Which they never gave you...
Is All below are worth with its space of 1 Crore and 95 Lakh...  and is this enough of 390 families. What they did - they suck our money and as the name of promises they did such formalities.

Now Lets talk with this: 
3. Round the clock Security with CCTV Camera in each tower--- Every second day here theft happened. ask with the security and like - why the management not complaints about the lefts here in Police station. Where they place the security camera- just there they have the switch to on /off it.. This is Hitech security they gave to us
4. Fully Finished apartment with Modular Kitchen with Hob and Chimney, Geyser, exhaust fan, etc.
 come in my flat what they gave and in what cost. after some time -- your modular racks will not move on channel. their laminated wood will starts to loosed their color. Fitting of granite is so delicate. Poor quality of tiles, poor fitting of plumbing... seepage in rooms in bath room check my recent post 
5. 24 Hours Power Back up for common area as well as apartments.-- For this they will charge you Rs 12.5 per unit separately. If you have a problem with maintenance then they will cut this either you make the payment of this bill. They will not entertain the complaints, both meter will be run simultaneous. 
6. High speed elevators.-- They commit for two. But till today they never installed it. and every second day it stops working. Many times God save peoples from accident. and the Local Stafff will never heard on this.
7. Dedicated car parking. Separate car parking for guests/ visitors.--- They gave parking on roads and even the main entrance of tower, they sold it in 1 Lakh Rs and on Road they sold it-50,000 rs. and Huest parking is there. Think The proper space they are not giving to us, hoiw they will give to guests..
8. 24 hours drinking water supply--- Every second day you need to clean your taps. and even one sometimes you can feel a foul smell just like sewerage water.  
9. 70% open area in the complex--- Ufff --Jussssssssssssssssssssssstttttttttttt go and Check for this..... and imagine compare and think about this space, how they will gave this space. Even the Kids park they gave near the sewerage plant with lot of mail holes in it. Is it safe for KIDS???????
Again a great example of Cheating.
10. In house commercial cum shopping complex within the project.  -- Since two year spent....but -- stilll..........no singlke shop is there....
