I compared both layouts- Of somdatt landmark mohali- sector-116
1- Old layout [at the time when i buy flat]
2- New layout- [now they change the layout for new buyers]
see the difference - how both companies Somdatt Builder and MongaRealtors[marketing partner] were made me FOOL.
Comparision:
In old layout:
1-PlayArea: shown clearly.
2- Jogging track shown clearly
3- Most of the area are green.
In new layout:
1-No Play area- they gave after fighting alot with them. and it is with sewerage plant with 4-5 main holes.
2- No jogging track in the site.
3- Too Lesser green area-
The basic Idea is simple- the buyers will move there , where peoples are already living, that's why they sold the apartments at earlier on their best layout. and later on... see the result.

My suggestion to the community is that- In Punab the appartment law is still not so strong, so be carefull when you buy..
