Dear Sir,
Please refer our Letter no- SDLC/MTC/-A/02 dated June 3,2013, vide which you are requested to make payment against maintenance bills.
Inspite of our request you have not paid maintenance charges of your Flat-403 in tower Ruby-06 for Last 5 quarters. The Payment OutStanding upto 30th june is as below..
You are once advised to make the above payment latest by 05.07.2013. Otherwise we constrained to discontinue the services as per Clause No- 12 of maintenance agreement and you will be solely responsible for any consequences which may ensue
In the reply of letter Ref. No: SDL/MTC-A/23 with Title Final Notice.
1: Power backup charges:-
I have no problem to pay this bill. But first give the status of
my complaints which i did earlier in your maintenance register and to
your staff members. so that i will pay for actual bill. Even do
correction in your previous bills which i paid. moreover till today
both meters are run on backup.
2: Maintenance charges:
I paid to you earlier bills. and then stopped when your were not
given the services even not entertaining us ,our complaints.
Start quality maintenance services, provide everything in every
aspect and charge your full amount from us and Its my promise I will
start pay from that day.
You have approximate 50,000 rs with you as a security for maintenance.
So its request, do not push me and my family in well. We know you are
not interested to resolve our complaints / issues. But we will
appreciate if you will sort out our issues. else we will try to
resolve this through court. So plz cooperate, show patience and
communicate positively with us.

You have been making false, frivolous and mischievous complaints since beginning probably with intension to make malafide gains. You have made some complaints in maintenance register were mostly false.
Your flat power backup meter was checked today (02.07.2013) at 10:30Am by our Electrical Engineer Mr. Kapil Tripathi. This meter was found in order. In case meter is installed for your flat by PSPCL runs with back power supply, you are advised to get internal equipment.appliances connects checked for proper connectivity/ earthing etc.
You are continuously making complaints and also indulging in investigation other gullible residents to make complaints against us. You have submitted a representation with signature 22 no. residents Vide letter dated 12.10.2012. In this representation it was found that some of the signature on the representation were forged, and others were not correctly informed about the proper contents in the representation. these facts have been confirmed to us by residents in writing.
Then during Oct & Nov, 2012, you sent us 4 Emails, 1 dated 30th Oct, 2012 & 3 dated 1st Nov, 2012, raising some issue mostly relating to other flat owner.
Then you have served as Legal notice dated 24.03.2013 through Mr. Anil Mahajan Advocate, District Courts, Mohali.
Your common representation letter dated 12.10.2012 stands replied by this office Ref no. SDL/RF-4/175 dated 31.10.2012.
Your 4-Emails, dated 1st Nov, 2012 and 30th Oct, 2012 stands replied by this office Ref. No. SDL/ RF-1/192-A dated 02.11.2012.
Your Legal Notice dated 24.03.2013, also stands replied to your advocate.
Please be informed that all your complaints/issue stand attended. all type of maintenance services as per scope defined in clause no-2 and clause 2.1 of maintenance agreement are being provided to you and to all other resident in the complex.
You are requested to make payment against outstanding maintenance charges otherwise proposed action as per our final notice under reference will be initiated, and you will be solely responsible for any consequences which may ensue.

I did complaint - in their register in last year, but they were not entertain me- and just slipped that register too. [but in this letter it seems -till today they have that register. i want to reproduce that one. I bet you they never did. If they did- they definitely teared the page from it. because other people also complaint about staff, and someone written GundaRaj about this staff]-- So that is the reason why they slipped that.

1.Harpreet spoke in a very high pitch with my father and raised finger at him because my father requested him to see the condition of the tiles in my flat's bathroom and kitchen. I am talking about those months when Mr Rajinder was on leave and Harpreet was taking care of Diamond tower. To protect my father i had to get into the arguments and he threatened us by saying i will see you. Thereafter, he gathered other people and give such a weired look to me so that i should not complaint against him. On complaining to Mr Hans Raj, he threatened us by saying if we complaint to Delhi office, no work will be done in our Flat. Moreover they called us liers as we never informed about problems to them
2. Few days after, i was in car and haunking horn to security guard to open the gate but he never bothered to open it and when i asked him, his answer was that he had other important things to go ahead and he is not that free to open the gate. Then i called Kulwinder and informed him about the incident, i was informed that i can do whatever i feel like. Its not his duty to take care of these kind of problems. Rather sorting out my problems, explanations are given to Mr Harpal. I seriously dont understand was he facing the difficulty or he is working with som datt?
3. The same day i wrote complaint in the register where i mentioned about GUNDARAJ of your staff and the series of problems. In the office kulwinder called Mr Chopra, Harpreet to save him. On that day these three people crossed the height of decency.
4.We didnt complaint at that time in the police because my father knew that i will leaving soon as he is afraid of their dirty intentions.
5. Still you cant move in the society because terror of these guys. I informed you about all this happenings on the phone but sorry to say no action was taken by you. I guess this the encouragement given to them.This is the result of yesterday's incident where my father already informed to your staff about power back up problem. Rather helping us Kulwinder intentionally gave the order to disconnect our electricity as there are other people also who never paid the bill and no electricity was disconnected. Why this discrimination is there.
These kind of Eve teasers should be punished. Fine i wont be here for longer but this kind of staff will be dangerous for you also.
I hope you eyes will be opened before some mishapening really occurs here. I am facing this problem because of your staff members so you are equally responsible for this.
I really want to inform you if something happens to me or my father then your staff will be responsible for that.

This recording is of May month- But "Kish se kahu"- Even they don't have the register. Person not Listening you- even they don't maintain a register, and they thought I would expect they maintaining the society.I will show you everything in next post
In this video it is clearly shown- due to their backup meter my main meter(Pseb) running- So they are charging for backup and also I bound to gave to pseb too. And what they answer.
