How Somdatt Builder treats me, and how to others.
It is because of just court case else i dont found any reason.
This is one more part of humilation by the somdatt builder formerly name as SDB Infrastructure pvt Ltd.

Anybody can easily read both document which sent to me personally via registery and which sent to other.


------Letter to me - they wrote (Image of letter also check at bottom)------------
Subject: Som Datt Landmark, mohali- parking of motor-bike in stair case / elevator lobby.

In view of safety consideration and fire department requirement, you are requested
 not to park your motor bike in the stair case/elevator lobby.
 In case our request is not need, the matter will be reported to police for appropriate action and you will be
 solely responsible for any consequences which may ensue.

 To meet the safety requirements and provisions of Punjab Apartment Ownership Rules 1995
Clause 19(iii):-
1- The Apartment owners shall not park motor bike in the common area / lobby of elevator and staircase.
2- The apartment owners shall not place or cause to placed in lobbies, vestibules, staircase, elevators
and other areas of facilities of a similar nature, both common and restricted package or objects of any kind
and such area shall be used for no other purpose than for normal transit through them:
