Inspite of all feedbacks given by us in the previous mails , we are sorry to say that there is no action till date from your side.
The surroundings are still in the same condition as it was earlier mentioned in the below said mail.
In the past one month, we have repaired our Walls twice but the end results is same, there is no control on the seepage, resulting in the damaging of our Interiors and furnitures.
Please find some more problems encountered by us in the past few days.
1. Cracks in the bathroom Tiles resulting in accumulation of water.( needs to be replaced)
2. All Bathroom doors are not getting locked due to moisture , need to repaired.
3. All wardrobes in the room are not getting locked due to improper fastening of screws.
4. All Wardrobes in the Modular kitchen is working proper.
It seems that the flats are very old in age and started looking ugly due to negligence of the concerned peoples.
The house keeping in Diamond tower is getting worse day by day as there is no specific people deputed for the maintenance of the Tower.
It has been observed that sweepers are not doing their duty and we don’t know whom to report ?
The Area besides the diamond tower is full of Garbage which gives a poor image of the Community.
Looking at the current scenario, it seems that SOMDATT management is only interested in making New towers and not interested in taking care of the exiting people living in their campus.
Again on the behalf of all, we request to depute some officers /persons who can take care of all points one by one and make systems to sustain healthy growth in the SOMDATT campus.

Dear Mr. Brahmdatt,
This is to inform that you that we the residents moved in after completing all our formalities with the belief of a new beginning , not realizing that it would be the beginning of whole set of problems.
Defects in construction leading to seepage of all walls adjacent to bathrooms started becoming visible once we started using them .The same was duly informed in writing as well as verbally to the concerned people. Not receiving adequate response, we approached your office following which you came down personally as well as Mr. S.K Sharma ( Who Came twice) , but the problem s continue to persist.
We have repaired our walls on our own cost but still the seepage is not rectified and is consistently increasing day by day due to Water leakage in the ducts. Major problem is that still there are no control measures taken by the concerned staff members.
We are now issued a notice to submit the maintenance charges for the period oct-Dec’11 of Rs 1.5/sq ft within 20 days from the receipt of notice.
Maintenance charges are to be charged on the provision of basic facilities to the residents as per agreement:-

Ø Jogging tracks and Children Park
Ø Intercom Facility
The above claims can be verified by yourself /Staff and by not providing the above facilities in full, do you sincerely feel that the resident should be still compelled to pay the maintenance charges at this stage as desired by your office?
You are requested to reply on our Grievances and let us the action plans.
