 1.       Material Used in construction especially for Ruby –Tower-6 which approved by any authority MC Kharar/ MC Mohali / GMADA / PUDA (Including Everything of FLAT in it)
 2.       Site Layout (With all dimensions and Locations/ positioning of everything in it: Like open/ close car parking including in number how much in real, Jogging track, guest parking, park, first lift, second lift in the ruby-tower-6)
 3.       Map – Layout -How much green area we left with location and dimensions and where it is in map.
4.        Certificate of approval of project from GMADA/ PUDA/ MC Mohali/ MC Kharar, whatever we have.
 5.       Occupation Certificate (with date when you apply: and Date of issued by authority :) - If it belongs to any specific tower, please present of RUBY-6. (Since Day one you never show this)
 6.      For Service tax which you charged at the time of purchasing- Copy of law/ rule for land- Under which you charged this tax.
 7.       How much occupancy you need under you /MC to install second Lift in tower Ruby-6

When I booked this FLAT in June 2011 in Somdatt Landmark Sector-116 Mohali Selling by MongaRealtors Pvt. Ltd.- they promised me to Deliver all these as per their Brochure-





They commit for Luxurious Flat and Luxurious Facilities.

And they delivered me:
From the Day one -It is same:

2 SDB Infrastructure Pvt Ltd-Cut my water Supply in Sector-116 Mohali sold by MongaRealtors





Somdatt Landmark (Project done by SDB Infrastructure Pvt Ltd and Marketing Partner MongaRealtrs Pvt Ltd- Cut Water Supply on 3- March-2014 and Power Backup already cut since more than 7 months before from my Flat without giving answer of my question:

I asked them :
                             Why I should Pay the Maintenence Bill??
